Ashley began her career as a marketing consultant for Encana Natural Gas while earning her Master’s in PR & Marketing from the University of Denver.
After graduation, Ashley’s passion for delicious and sustainable food led her to the natural food industry and FIG. She came on as a FIGtern in 2014 and is now an Account Manager. When not at FIG, you can find Ashley hanging out with her two crazy hounds and competing in Colorado’s hunter/jumper show circuit.

- My all-time favorite meal is a pile of fresh oysters from Menemsha, Martha’s Vineyard. You buy a huge plate from this little fish market window — they have literally been harvested minutes beforehand — and eat them sitting on the harbor dock, with your feet dangling above the water. I live for that briny, ocean flavor and keep coming back every year.
