Ashley began her career as a marketing consultant for Encana Natural Gas while earning her Master’s in PR & Marketing from the University of Denver.
After graduation, Ashley’s passion for delicious and sustainable food led her to the natural food industry and FIG. She came on as a FIGtern in 2014 and has been happily working and learning ever since. When not at FIG, you can find Ashley hanging out with her two crazy hounds and competing in Colorado’s hunter/jumper show circuit.

- My all-time favorite meal is a pile of fresh oysters from Menemsha, Martha’s Vineyard. You buy a huge plate from this little fish market window — they have literally been harvested minutes beforehand — and eat them sitting on the harbor dock, with your feet dangling above the water. I live for that briny, ocean flavor and keep coming back every year.
